Talent Shortage: India Ranks 3rd In The World

Employers in India report the third highest talent shortage globally, with as many as 58 percent of employers facing difficulty finding candidates with the right skills to fill open positions.

 

India’s talent shortage remains more acute when compared to the global average, which is at a seven-year high of 38 percent.

 

Indian employers are finding it most challenging to fill jobs in accounting and finance, and IT.

 

They are also finding it hard to find the right secretaries, personal assistants, receptionists, administrative assistants and office support staff.
